Representative Sampling Technology Engineered for Suitable Applications
Go-Belt® representative sampling technology can be engineered for suitable applications across a range of commodities. Each application is assessed individually — no single standard sampler is automatically suitable for every commodity or stream.
Representative sampling technology can be engineered for suitable applications across commodities including:
Go-Belt® sampling technology can be engineered for suitable gold-processing applications where representative sampling is required to support plant feed assessment, process monitoring and metallurgical accounting.
Suitable Go-Belt® sampling configurations can be applied to PGM mineral-processing streams where representative sampling is required for process control, feed or product assessment and metallurgical accounting.
Go-Belt® sampling technology can be engineered for suitable copper and base-metal process streams where representative sampling forms part of plant monitoring, quality assessment or metallurgical accounting.
Suitable Go-Belt® sampling configurations can be applied to coal streams where representative sampling is required to support quality assessment, process monitoring or product evaluation.
Go-Belt® sampling technology can be assessed for suitable iron-ore and bulk-material applications where representative sampling is required for grade, quality or process assessment.
Every sampling application is assessed according to the material and process conditions before a sampler configuration or integrated sampling solution is recommended. Factors such as material characteristics, nominal top particle size, moisture, flow conditions, sampling duty, installation arrangement and downstream sample-handling requirements can influence the appropriate configuration.
T.K.O Engineering works with mine owners, metallurgists, process engineers, EPCMs and project teams to assess the sampling duty and determine the appropriate Go-Belt® sampler, sampling system or sampling-plant configuration.
The material-stream arrangement is a key part of sampler selection.
For suitable applications where material is presented on a moving conveyor belt.
For suitable applications where material is presented as a falling or free-flowing stream at a transfer or discharge point.
Contact T.K.O Engineering to discuss the material stream, process conditions and sampling requirements for your application.
