For EPCMs & Project Teams

Specialist OEM Support for Mineral Sampling Applications

T.K.O Engineering works with mine owners, EPCMs, consulting engineers and project teams where representative sampling equipment, integrated sampling systems or sampling plants are required within a mining or mineral-processing project.

As the OEM and developer of Go-Belt® sampling technology, T.K.O Engineering assesses the sampling application and determines the appropriate Go-Belt® equipment and integration requirements for the project.

Engaging T.K.O Engineering During Project Development

T.K.O Engineering can engage with project teams during concept development, plant design, equipment selection and project execution where a sampling requirement has been identified.

The project team provides the available process and application information to T.K.O Engineering. T.K.O then assesses the sampling duty and determines the appropriate Go-Belt® equipment or sampling solution within the agreed project scope.

How We Engage

Sampling Application Assessment

Review of the available material-stream information, process conditions, sampling duty and installation arrangement.

Go-Belt® Equipment Selection

T.K.O Engineering determines the appropriate Go-Belt® sampler configuration for the application.

Sampling System & Plant Scope

Where the requirement extends beyond an individual sampler, T.K.O Engineering can assess the associated sample-transfer, handling, preparation, collection and control requirements.

Project Interface Coordination

T.K.O Engineering works with the project team to coordinate the required equipment and project interfaces within the agreed scope.

Electrical & Control Interfaces

Coordination of the required electrical and control interfaces for Go-Belt® equipment and associated sampling systems.

Installation & Commissioning

Site installation and commissioning support according to the agreed project scope.

OEM Lifecycle Support

Ongoing OEM support for Go-Belt® equipment including maintenance, spare parts, inspection and refurbishment.

Information T.K.O Requires From the Project Team

To assess a sampling application, the project team can provide available project information relevant to the sampling duty.

• Material or commodity
• Material-stream arrangement
• Process location
• Available flow information
• Nominal top particle size
• Material characteristics
• Conveyor or transfer-point arrangement
• Available installation space
• Required sampling duty
• Downstream sample destination
• Relevant site and project requirements

T.K.O Engineering reviews the available information and determines what additional application information may be required.

Protecting Proprietary Go-Belt® Engineering

Go-Belt® equipment is proprietary T.K.O Engineering technology. Product design information and proprietary engineering documentation are controlled by T.K.O Engineering and are not made publicly available through this website.

Working Within EPCM and Project Structures

T.K.O Engineering can participate as the specialist sampling OEM within a broader mine-development or mineral-processing project. The Go-Belt® scope can therefore be coordinated with the mine owner, EPCM, consulting engineer or appointed project contractor according to the project delivery structure.

Go-Belt® Project Scope

Sampler

Individual Go-Belt® sampling equipment for the applicable sampling duty.

Sampling System

Go-Belt® equipment integrated with the required sample-handling and associated system components.

Sampling Plant

An engineered sampling facility incorporating the required stages of sampling, sample handling, preparation, division and collection.

Discuss a Sampling Requirement
